We cater to a diverse range of customers, including 850 major groups of pharmacies. Among these, prominent names such as Aster, Life Pharmacy, Boots, Supercare, Al Manara, Thumbay, Burjeel, NMC, Marina, United, Ibn Sina, Medicina, and Planet stand out. These pharmacy groups are key players in the market, contributing significantly to the healthcare ecosystem. Additionally, we support 100 major hospitals, including private hospitals like Mediclinic, Aster, Medeor Hospital, Thumbay, Zulekha, NMC, Saudi German Hospital, and Canadian Hospital, which are among our main customers.

In addition to these, we serve 250 pharmacies that operate under group structures with multiple owners. Notable among these are the Med 7 Group, Medex, and several smaller entities. These groups play a crucial role in providing accessible healthcare solutions across various regions, offering a wide range of products and services. Our government customers include the Ministry of Health & Prevention (MOHAP), Dubai Health Authority, SEHA, Sheikh Khalifa Hospital, Tawam, and Tadawi, further diversifying our customer base.

In the individual segment, we have a substantial presence with around 200 pharmacies. These individual pharmacies, numbering over 200, are essential in serving local communities, ensuring that pharmaceutical care is readily available to all. We also support about 500 small clinics, including notable names like Health Hub and Aster Clinic. Together, these diverse customer segments enable us to maintain a robust and comprehensive market presence.
